Organization

My current organization method is using a planner. It helps me remember things like homework and events that are happening that week. It also holds me responsible for things if I forget something I can go look back and see that I wrote it down. A way that procrastination hurts is that it increases your stress levels. I am not even going to lie I procrastinate on things at times and every time that I do I put myself through a ton of stress trying to get it done at the last minute. A way to fight procrastination is to set a note saying that the project or paper or whatever is due a day before it is actually due. Another way is telling people your plan and when your going to get it done that way other people can also help you stay on track until it becomes second nature.

  2. I think that procrastination does hurt you with your stress levels MAJORLY. You have a good idea of saying that you can write down a note to remind you so that you don't forget to do it and don't do it the night before.

  3. That's a great idea to have a partner to keep each other accountable. I have often thought about asking someone to remind to do my homework so that I don't forget and stress myself out.
