My College Budget
I think the most surprising thing on my budget would definitely be the cost of books. I knew books would be pricey but I wasn't expecting the books to take up nearly half of my paycheck. Honestly I think that I am not ready for all of that responsibility. During the summer when I would work all day I would come home and just want to go to bed so I couldn't imagine going to work and doing college work. I think that something that you could do to prepare for college expenses is to set up a savings account now! I think it would take so much of the stress away and if you already had some money saved up you wouldn't have to work as many hours during the week trying to pay for all your expenses.

Good idea, setting up a savings account now is a great way to prepare.
ReplyDeleteThat is a good idea. Even though we are still juniors this year is already flying by fast and senior year is going to go by even faster. So, it is of course the best idea to start saving now.
